I. Service Description
This platform provides digital content products, including but not limited to pre-recorded course videos, downloadable teaching materials, online quizzes and social interactions.
- All course content is available upon purchase and is considered service fulfillment.
- For the protection of both parties, please read the course description and this policy before purchasing.
II. Statutory Seven-Day Appreciation Period
According to Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law, consumers are entitled to a seven-day appreciation period during which they can unconditionally terminate the contract.
However, according to the "Guidelines for the Application of the Reasonable Exception to the Right to Unwind Communications Transactions", once a digital content product is downloaded, streamed or viewed, the service is deemed to have begun to be performed, and the seven-day appreciation period is not applicable.
Voluntary Refund Mechanism
If you are not eligible for a statutory appreciation period and still wish to apply for a refund, please meet the following criteria:
- The course has not been viewed beyond 30% and no course materials have been downloaded.
- Application will be made within 14 days from the date of payment (based on the time of Email or official form).
After reviewing the eligibility criteria, we will complete the refund within 7 days, and the refund amount will be charged with the used course fee and the administrative processing fee not exceeding 20%, as appropriate.
IV. Non-refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
- All courses have been viewed.
- Downloaded course materials or access to exclusive teaching resources.
- Participated in community events or specialized interactive services.
- Due to personal scheduling, lack of motivation, change of mind, and other factors not related to the platform or program.
V. Description of Special Circumstances
If you are unable to participate in the program due to force majeure (e.g., major injury or illness, family changes), please provide us with proof of your inability to participate in the program and we will provide it as appropriate:
- Postponement of classes or extension of study privileges.
- Partial refund (at the discretion of the platform).
Refund Application Process
- Please submit a refund request via Email or official form with the following information:
- Order Number.
- Purchaser's name and contact information.
- Reason for refund and relevant proof (if any).
- We will reply with the processing result within 7 days upon receipt of the application.
- Refunds will be returned to the original payment method, and the processing time will depend on the operation time of each payment platform.
